These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by bliest ("bliest", "we", "us", or "our"), including the provision of whitelisted agency advertising accounts and related management, compliance, and support services (the "Services"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

bliest provides access to established, whitelisted agency advertising accounts across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat, along with optional account structuring, compliance review, monitoring, appeals assistance, and support. The specific scope depends on the arrangement agreed with you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate and that you are authorized to advertise the products or services you promote.

3. Acceptable use & platform compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your advertising, creatives, landing pages, and products comply with the policies of the advertising platforms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Services to advertise prohibited, illegal, deceptive, or high-risk products or content. We may review your assets and decline or suspend Services for anything that puts accounts at risk.

4. Account replacements

Where included in your arrangement, if an account is disabled through no fault of a Terms violation on your part, we will work to provide a replacement account. Replacements cover the account itself; we are not responsible for lost ad spend, campaign data, or business losses resulting from platform actions.

5. Fees & billing

Fees for the Services are as agreed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are separately responsible for funding your own advertising spend.

6. No guarantee of platform outcomes

The advertising platforms are operated by third parties and enforce their own policies at their sole discretion. We do not control and cannot guarantee account longevity, ad approvals, spend limits, delivery, or performance. Nothing on our website or in these Terms constitutes a guarantee against account restrictions, bans, or specific advertising results.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials provided by bliest remain our property. You retain ownership of your own creatives and business assets.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bliest and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost ad spend, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that endangers accounts or violates platform policy. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
